At one of our legendary 2-day rehearsals (rehearse the evening of one day, have dinner together, hang out and sleep, wake up, have breakfast together, rehearse until afternoon then continue with the rest of our lives !! marathon) in Athens, Greece. I asked Stefano and Vaggeli to try and tweak a traditional Cypriot folk song called The Jasmin [Το Γιασεμί], this is one of the first attempts that we made to recreate its soothing vibe yet resilient nature.
