Braineos makes studying fast and fun. Create decks of flashcards or use decks already created by our community, and memorize them using our selection of games. It's an excellent way to quickly and effectively learn language vocabulary, remember facts and prepare for exams.

A Clusty Cloud is a tool that webmasters or bloggers can use to instantly visualize a topic using the familiar tag cloud display. What makes the Clusty Cloud unique is that you can create a cloud based on any topic or query - you don't need tags or months of content on a subject to create an interesting cloud.

The resources are designed to be used as rich sources of visually stimulating material, making use of both animations and drag and drop interactivity. The appropriate Key Stage is indicated for each resource.

Shwup is a great site for teachers and students to use in order to post and share pictures and videos on the web. You do need to sign up, but anyone who gets a log-in can be invited to share in creating a "muvee" with the images that their "friends" (classmates/colleagues) are sharing. This is a great way to do collaborative multimedia projects or keep pictures and videos in one place from an event that had more than one person taking footage/images. The videos can all be shareed on shwup and posted to blogs, Facebook and other social media sites. Fun, easy to operate, and very useful.

Wordcounter ranks the most frequently used words in any given body of text. Use this to see what words you overuse (is everything a "solution" for you?) or maybe just to find some keywords from a document.

Scribblar could be a more effective collaboration tool than some its competitors because it does have two options for dialog, text chat and audio chat.

could be a simple way for students to create quickly create a mind map together. It could also be used by students to sketch diagrams and other drawings for use in slide presentations.
