In this article the rhetor is focusing on an audience that would like to cook, because they are sharing tips on what pumpkin spice can be added to. She uses logos in that she sets up the article so it talks about fall and the pumpkin spice latte before diving into other recipes that it can be added to. There is also good Kairos because fall just started and its the perfect time for pumpkin spiced dishes.

This is an example of rhetoric because it is trying to persuade people to think that apple is better than windows and is also adapted towards a specific audience of window users.

This is also showing how much more simple the ios software is to use versus the more complicated windows software. In a way its using logos to show this.

I find it interesting as we said in class that with no text or dialogue in the picture, the rhetor just assumes that we know what the labels represent.

This is rhetoric because it is persuading people to switch to Mac instead of Windows. It leaves room for debate on the bottom of the page and is asking for a response.

In response to a Tumblr post Taylor Swift wore a No Its Becky shirt that she made to make a point. This is Rhetoric because it was definitely planned and definitely responsive and asks for a response. When Taylor Swift made this shirt and wore it in New York City she would have known that she would get a response.

The Article is an example or rhetoric because it is carefully planned to be very opinionated and convincing. It is responsive to the question of if humans are the cause to global warming. It definitely seeks to persuade the audience to believe that the thought of humans not being at fault for global warming is unacceptable. And it addresses a continent issue that has been debated back and fourth for years.

This article is actually claiming that those who think humans are causing global warming are overreacting -- it's saying that environmentalists are using "reckless" scare tactics and rhetoric to make the situation seem worse than it is. Read carefully!

I agree with what is stated above. This writing has many functions and addresses different audiences aka adapted to them. You could even say it builds community based around Adrian Peterson's actions.

It is interesting how something that a term that is infamous for representing people that are "unpopular" or "social inept" is now a label that people seem to strive for nowadays.

They're the people who wear T-shirts silk-screened with quotes from movies you've never heard of and the only ones in America who still think Pabst Blue Ribbon is a good beer. They sport cowboy hats and berets and think Kanye West stole their sunglasses.

This article gives a unique look on cliques and how they do not disappear after high school but instead just take different forms. But yet how people will still alter who they are to be in these cliques to feel like they belong.

I thought that this article was very interesting because I never thought that my high school had that many cliques. There were a few but it was always just because of the activities that those people were in. Overall, I think we just had a lot of people so everyone just worried about themselves.
