During this celebration, the monks of the Chyode monastery execute the agony of Ma Tam Ru Ta, the delivery of the brave man Dorje Sonam who helped people of Mustang to get rid of the evil spirit who actually is his own father. The dances like called Tsa Chham, Nga Chham, Rha chham is shown on the first second and third day respectively. Tiji festival is celebrated by letting the monk act the role of Dorje Sonam.
