If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. This is required in writing and cancellation charges that may apply. Normally, if you cancel before 180 days of your tour you will not be charged anything. However we may charge you 10 percent for handling. We will consider if you have genius reason for it. If you wish to transfer your booking to a different holiday or Package, you should contact us before making the final payment for your existing holiday.
