When we move the mouse cursor over the a menu item, the active menu will stop the vibrating motion and other menus are start the shaky/vibrating motion. Logic behind the shaky/vibration is just changing the CSS properties of the elements, toggling the Top, Left positions of the elements in a period of time which is defined in the jQuery plug-in code.....
