The spreadsheet program Excel can be used to make large posters made up of standard sized paper.  This may work with other spreadsheet programs (e.g. OpenOffice) but since I've had good results with Excel, I haven't tested that yet.  Let me know if you have other ways to do this, with spreadsheets or other programs.

PrimaryPad is a web-based word processor designed for schools that allows pupils and teachers to work together in real-time. NICE alternative to Google Docs for the younger students or anyone not wanting to worry about accounts.

Meant for the Moodle admin to set up Moodle for teachers to be able to share and use questions in the Moodle question bank.  Meant for the people setting it up but also helpful for teachers.
