The following list of ICT tools was crowd sourced from individual educationalists and not companies when the question 'What Indispensible ICT tools do you use in education' was asked and is not meant to be exhaustive in any way.

Educational Origami is a blog, and a wiki, about the integration of ICT into the classroom, this is one of the largest challenges that I feel we as teachers face. Its about 21st Century Learning and 21st Century Teaching. Marc Prensky coined the now popular and famous phrase "Digital natives and digital immigrants" in his two papers on digital Children.

Being a lead teacher is a big responsibility and it is important to work out a 'job description' with your principal. You need to know exactly what is expected of you. A lot of lead teachers find they become over loaded with work auditing, upgrading, maintaining etc the school ICT infrastructure. You may enjoy taking on this responsibility it is just a good idea to understand the expectations of the role in the first place.

Voices Of The World was created in June 2007 by Mrs Tonner a former ICT Specialist at The High School Of Dundee in Scotland, United Kingdom and now a Lecturer in Primary Education at The University Of Dundee. The project started as an eTwinning project to connect children in Europe using their voice and their own language. Since the project started in 2007, children from around the world have 'Let Their Voice Be Heard'.

Then, using mind mapping, she collaborates with her class to develop success criteria. Her pupils are given responsibility for their own learning. n November 2007 I began the first of a series of Google presentations gathering together some ideas about the uses of different tools for the classroom. I thought that the easy manner of sharing Google Docs was ideal to collate thoughts, tips and suggestions from teachers and educators all over the world.
