This little 3 minute video is a great way to introduce Copyright and Creative Commons to middle/upper graders. Simple enough to get started with how these two, CR and CC, work together for good.

I have enjoyed this guy's blog for a few years. I got the Kindle version for on sale for $5.99 after the new year but haven't read it yet. The book is based on a productivity series he wrote last year that was very good. I'm looking forward to getting to it.

From the CLS eNews 012116 - Chris Treder, WELS teacher at Apostles Lutheran School in San Jose, Calif., has a collection of music he wrote for use in classroom music curriculum and with junior choirs. He is offering his music via the Alive in Christ Music website and you can download the music for free. There is both instrumental and choral sheet music, and a service for Ascension available along with other helpful resources.
