I read many things on the internet how to develop the habit of doing something and then I decide to do it, but again - tomorrow. So, at the end of the day that tomorrow never comes because every day is today. Let me tell you how to keep living the way you live and keep trying to change your life, for example, to start doing exercises, lose some weight, improve your diet, find a new job, but never change it.
