I have been a client of Pacific Rack since March of this year. I learned of Pacific Rack through WHT where I saw Chris helping people out. At any rate, I watched in the wings for several months before I made the move to Pacific Racks from my own servers at another data center.
I am a webmaster in Hawaii and recently had a massive server upgrade. This was a hugely complicated process, and my host, HIVELOCITY.NET seriously came through for me.
I need a web host, I am currently on shared hosting (i will not mention who with) however since I have been with them my site has been down about 4 times. The good thing is my site hadnt launched it was just a placeholder page so nothing critical.
Looking for a host that is about $25 or under. this is the yearly rate i'm looking for. The site won't be much as traffic and the pages will be all html, but I will need email and mysql. any recommendations.

Does anyone have any experience with them? I am deciding whether or not I am going to get hosting from them. If anyone can recommend anything else I only need these.

Im currently hosted with HostMonster. Im gonna cancel my account with them cuz im not satisfied whatsoever. I really don't have any major knowledge in stuff like this, im just looking for a reliable host.
I am looking for a new home for my web sites. I currently have a budget reseller plan. To make a long story short, my host was recently bought out by another company and the support has gone downhill and the service has been buggy ever since.
