A casual reader of WHT would observe that there is no perfect hosting company. They will all at one time or another have either a performance issue or an outright outage.

we got dedicated server from iweb. and i am new to WHM. i have managed to create accounts for 3 of my sites. Now, i have assigned 3 dedicated IP's for each website. after some time i have reassigned IP's to 2 of my sites.
I am currently with the planet and am happy with them, however as part of a new venture I need to gather a list of hosts as well as the planet that will be able to cater to the ventures needs and go to tender with the requirements.
After 7 years with Rackspace I have decided to leave for better and cheaper service elsewhere. The final straw (after a couple of years of tolerating increasing prices and decreasing support) was a ridiculous quote from them for adding 1Gb of RAM.
First post here. I'm finally ready to move from a shared environment to a dedicated server. I don't know anything about server set up and management. Therefore I'm looking for a managed solution.
I have been a client of Pacific Rack since March of this year. I learned of Pacific Rack through WHT where I saw Chris helping people out. At any rate, I watched in the wings for several months before I made the move to Pacific Racks from my own servers at another data center.
