I have a SWEET option on ~1,600 sq feet of space in a facility that was previously a medical MRI lab. The MRI room itself is 30 x 17, has a raised floor, 3 phase DEDICATED substation/transformer just outside, an adjoining room that was power distro to the lab, a front office, two smaller offices

The MRI lab I'm converting into a DC only has partial raised floors. All AC, supply and returns, will be overhead. Since I have control over where the returns and supplies are located, what rack arrangement would be most efficient?
