Implementing the TPACK Professional Development framework (as outlined on this site) in several schools. This slideshow outlines the goals for the framework. Several schools are using the framework in its entirety, while others have chosen parts to implement this year.

Spotsylvania County has a great Instructional Technology website. TPACK is emphasized in their professional development. Under the Resources tab, go to Professional Learning and there is a booklet called Technology Triage. It starts with a explanation of TPACK and then gives teachers help with implementation. Under the resources section there are also handouts from Instructional Technology conferences from the last three years. Most of these speak to TPACK framework.

This is one of the first presentations and articles on what the framework TPACK is. The original article (pdf) is fairly long and thorough, but definitely worth reviewing.

Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) attempts to identify the nature of knowledge required by teachers for technology integration in their teaching, while addressing the complex, multifaceted and situated nature of teacher knowledge. At the heart of the TPACK framework, is the complex interplay of three primary forms of knowledge: Content (CK), Pedagogy (PK), and Technology (TK). See Figure above. As must be clear, the TPACK framework builds on Shulman's idea of Pedagogical Content Knowledge.

This is a very useful article which not only gives you a theoretical background, but it presents some criteria to examine the TPACK framework and identify weaknesses. It suggests at the same time fields that must have a deeper theoretical development. Comprehensive but succinct.
