Photo: Dallas Kilponen Tiger Airways has been hit with a $110,000 fine for continuing to spam customers after they unsubscribed from marketing emails. An investigation by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has found the airline failed to remove customers despite their repeated requests.

That's what some Amazon customers learned today after another outage on Amazon's cloud computing platform knocked off several popular websites offline. Foursquare said the failure kept it and other services from working for "about 2 hours," according to an email from spokeswoman Erin Gleason.
