For Twitter Novice's this is an all inclusive guide for teachers.

For quite a while now I have been a big advocate for teachers using social media. Specifically, I have encouraged the use of Twitter as a way to build strong professional learning networks. I know for me Twitter allowed me to make some very strong professional and personal connections.

I love this site! Great for teachers, administrators and librarians. All about reading, and the love of reading. I have been using it with my author spotlight lessons. Blogs, Twitter,... Check it out!

Cult of Pedagogy, spearheaded by Jennifer Gonzalez, provides an amazing assortment of information for teachers. I follow her on Twitter and I especially enjoy the technology content. She and her team shares out updates on new technology, websites, apps, etc. and these are great to share out with staff and students. Jennifer Gonzalez is great to follow as she keeps current on a lot of the new technology out there but also gives ideas and context as to how to use it in an education setting. Worth checking out...
