There is a new site I'm seeing called Buffer. It lets you find things and put them into your "buffer" - another autotweeting type service. You can use with facebook but beware that often Facebook makes things not typed "live" into facebook have a lower priority and not put them on homestreams.

A bot that interfaces between irc and twitter. To use just edit the bot and change the config:

It should output some status and server MOTD info and eventually connect to your channel.
Once connected, you should be able to send an update to twitter by typing:

If all goes well, an update will be sent to the twitter API and your update will be posted.
The bot is also configured to send an update on channel topic change.
No login required. Foller.me allows you to type in any twitter id and get back a cloud of tweet topics, hashtags used, and mentions made by that account. The information is pulled from the most recent 200 tweets.
