I dug this template up from Microsofts website. I chose to bookmark this one because it displayed the verbal flow path of typical Western cultures.

I have listed a few tips that stood out to myself. -Place headlines near articles -Choose an easy-to-read serif typeface such as Times Roman or Garamo -Use columns that are neither too wide nor too narrow -Place quotes on the page with the text it reinforces

I bookmarked this website because it really supplemented some of the techniques described in Basics of Design. This website shows great examples of how to manipulate viewers path. The advertisements near the bottom of the page show how to create a visual path for someone with out using a human body.

I stumbled onto this website when searching for templates with balanced themes, I typed this into google because I will use this website in the near future for creating presentations. I may even use it for this class sometime!

Everyone should definitely check out this website! There are so many amazing pictures using different styles of balance. It shows a nice mix of balance throughout the pictures.

This website covered how to write balanced phrases and sentences. It did not cover anything over pictures or symmetrical and asymmetrical pictures.

The facts displayed at the top of the page really intrigued myself. If I were to ask you if shark attacks are a serious issue you would probably say yes. "Falling coconuts kill 150 people each year, which is more than die from shark attacks." See how that changes your perception? Crazy! What we are really doing here is changing the viewers understanding of the facts. This is a really good skill to have in the bag when trying to persuade someone.

I chose to browse through this website because of my interest in photography. What kept me scrolling through this page was the intensity of photo shop tricks they were explaining. I would have never thought there was that much to adding contrast to pictures! I will definitely use some of these tips in the future.
