Shield Your Privacy: Explore Privacy Screen Protectors - 0 views

  •
We live in an era of global digitalization, in which technology has penetrаted all areas of our lives. That is why protecting your privacy is not just a crucial task but a top priority. One of the main elements of security is screen privacy protection. In particular, from visual hacking. The growing number of devices we use every day also gives rise to new methods of protection. For this reason, you should always be aware of display privacy strategies and how to apply them to resist hacker attacks on your private data. Privacy Screen Protectors Screen protector privacy is not only about protecting against external views but also against visual data hacking. Various software solutions can be used for this purpose. For example, those that provide encryption of the display content. Or additional security measures, such as using passwords or fingerprints to access sensitive data. A privacy screen protector is one of the first levels of protection for your display from unwanted eyes. Such screens provide a limited viewing angle. This allows you to use your device without fear that others can see your data. To minimize the risk of damage to your display, you should choose a screen protector made of high-quality material. This is the kind of display protector that will provide high-quality light filtration to avoid information leakage even when viewing the display directly.

Hotels should get ready for the return of corporate travel - 0 views

  •
While we don't know what will happen next, the past several months has shown us that the need to get out and travel is stronger than ever. However, as the labor and staffing crisis continues, some hoteliers struggle to accommodate the uptick in travel. Corporate travel and industry events and the need to meet face-to-face will continue to grow, so now is the time to focus on getting staff ready to welcome back corporate travelers who haven't traveled in 18 months. Taking notes from the entertainment industry One interesting tactic that the hospitality industry should take note of is the way the entertainment industry has handled the return of movies in theaters. If you went to the movies over the summer, you may have seen how the industry pulled together to thank movie-goers for coming back to the theater. Galaxy Theaters CEO came onto the big screen to thank the audience and welcome them back. Regal did something similar. Even more compelling were the messages from directors such as John Krasinski ahead of Quiet Place II and Lin-Manuel Miranda ahead of In the Heights. These two films led the charge in releasing their content to the big screen. In doing so, they took the time to record a message to thank the audience for coming back and for supporting the industry. This strategy works because the theater has a captive audience. After all, unless you are late to the film, or getting popcorn, you are sitting there in anticipation of seeing a movie on the big screen after nearly 18 months of Netflix and microwaved popcorn.

Baird/STR hotel stock index jumped 15.8 percent in October - 0 views

  •
THE BAIRD/STR Hotel Stock Index jumped 15.8 percent in October, according to STR. There were no signs of slowing as U.S. demand continued to strengthen during the month. The index decreased 8 percent year-to-date through the first ten months of 2022. The index fell 9.1 percent in September. In October, the index outgrew both the S&P 500, up 8 percent and the MSCI US REIT Index, increased 4.7 percent. The hotel brand sub-index increased 14.4 percent from September to 9,458, while the hotel REIT sub-index grew 20.6 percent to 1,193. "October was a strong rebound month for hotel stocks, and they recouped all their losses from the prior two months," said Michael Bellisario, senior hotel research analyst and director at Baird. "Importantly, both the global hotel brands and the hotel REITs were relative outperformers versus their respective benchmarks in October. As investors shifted their focus from broader macroeconomic uncertainties to sector-specific performance ahead of and through third-quarter earnings reports, hotels continued to screen favorably given still-strong underlying fundamentals and an intact post-pandemic recovery thesis."
