Do a search for your keywords and then move the bar towards "Research" and then towards "Shopping". Look at your competitors and why Yahoo considers one to be more of a shopping site and the other one to be more of a research site. By doing a quick test on our competitors I noticed that Yahoo values blogs and thus if a competitor has a blog on their site, Yahoo believes it to be a research oriented site. (as well as shopping if it finds Buy buttons and SSL check outs)

I'm confused. I don't see a "bar". The links takes me to something called "Yahoo! Research" and the homepage has several tabs but when I enter a search term at the top I get regular-looking results, not categorized ones.

Usage: Hover the cursor over any cell in the matrix. A small box gives details on mashups for that API combination. Top links in hover box bring you to that API's reference page. Links in body of hover box take you directly to the mashup. Not all combinations have mashups & only those with the 'º' indicator currently have entries. Cells at the intersection of same API (ex: Amazon+Amazon) list any other examples for that API.

Note that there are two views into the matrix: the default view shows only those APIs for which mashups have been added to the database. The second view shows all APIs regardless of whether there's currently a mashup registered. It's big. Definitions: What is a mashup anyway? web based twitter application: Twitterfall is a way of viewing the latest 'tweets' of upcoming trends and custom searches on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Updates fall from the top of the page in near-realtime. For popular trends, Twitter is queried from the Twitterfall server, and results are pushed to your browser, rather than your browser doing the queries, or your computer polling our server repeatedly. This means using Twitterfall for popular trends is nicer on Twitter than other services. You can toggle trends on the left, selecting or deselecting as many as you like by simply clicking on them. The list of trends are updated every few minutes right in the page (if you are looking at a trend that is no longer popular, you will receive a message in the stream). You can also type in custom search queries yourself, and select or deselect these as much as you like by clicking on them. These custom search queries can also be refined by location by using the Geolocation panel (in beta). You can also view your timeline, as you would normally see it in Twitter.
