La Azotea Cultural Center in Jocotenengo by Antigua Guatemala features a Coffee Museum, Casa K'ojom (with Mayan music instruments from pre-Columbian times to the present), Rincon de Sacatepequez (featuring customs and costumes of indigenous villages around Antigua), an equestrian club and a restaurant.
Spend the day with a coffee farmer! Work alongside an artisanal coffee farmer, learning to process your own coffee from the seed to the cup. Harvest, ferment, sort, roast, or even plant coffee in the fields. Duration is approximately ½ day, but can be adjusted to fit your schedule. Includes guide, translator, and a pound of coffee.
