I love this website. It shares a list of educator's personal blogs that you can search by content area/grade. I love browsing the blogs of teachers like myself, I learn so many new things!

Notebook lessons, tip, tricks, web resources and tutorials Articles about reading textbooks, test anxiety, grades, types of notes etc.

I have to tell you that it was a tough call to make these decisions, especially when we're talking every teacher no matter what grade level or subject, but I hope that you find a couple of gems to put away in your virtual treasure box.

Annenberg media. Provides information regarding Benchmarks in a diverse cross section of education. This was found through Kathy Schrock's Guide for Educators.

"Sheppard offers everything from early math to pre-algebra. The lessons include interactive activities to practice concepts. Students can shoot fruit, pop balloons, and even play math man (the math version of pac man!). Fractions, place value, money, and basic operations are some of the areas that are covered.

Sheppardsoftware has a bunch of fun online games for students. I was looking for math games and found this site but they do have games for all grades for many different subjects.

Standards based links and our grade level "Skillbuilders" to help students practice, either at home or in the classroom, what they have been taught. Several large collections of links for PreK-12 teachers, students and parents.

The Reading Corner, a place for students (Grades 3-8) to find good books to read. Reviews of children's books.

As a reading and writing teacher, I have always wished for a magic potion to give to my students that would immediately illuminate the power and necessity of growing as a reader on their lives. The closest I have come to that magic potion are the words of Frederick Douglass from his powerful Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.

Ever since its opening in 2013, San Francisco-based AltSchool has caught the attention of many in its unique approach to teaching pre-K through grade 8 students. In the short time since its first building opened, it has been able to increase enrollment and open new schools thanks to being thought of as the 21st century answer to education by many Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg.
