As a high school student in the Academy of Health Professions Program at Western School of Technology and Environmental Science, she had earned certifications in CPR and First Aid and had learned to take vital signs, make hospital beds, and communicate with patients, physicians, nurses and hospital administrators.

LaShawn Carey, owner of the Carey-On Saloon, was fined for not having licensed the songs for use in a commercial setting in a 2012 incident.

As the new year approaches, the thought on everyone's mind is how to make 2015 even more interactive, educational, and engaging for STEM students than the past year. Indeed, it has become a national priority to develop new ways to entice students to STEM careers and offer engaging ways to teach STEM that dismantles old and less-effective learning methods.
