Yes a possibility - IT system part not really detailed enough, but it is snooping technology. See if you can find more info about HOW the system works. If not (check with me again to see if it is good enough) then look for another article.

Possible article - the issue is clear - not much mention of the IT systems though - you will have to explain the job website and HOW a hacker might have breached the security - the article doesn't help with this at all.
