The T-Mobile Samsung Vibrant and AT&T Samsung Captivate have been plagued with GPS issues since their release and now, finally, Samsung is going to do something about them.

Samsung finally will get a GPS fix out for Galaxy S phones although it won't be until sometime in September. Yikes.

Samsung says that Sprint's Epic 4G won't be plagued by the GPS issues other Galaxy S phones are suffering from.

AT&T is now pushing out an update for the Samsung Captivate, an update that they say will fix the ongoing GPS issues plaguing the device.

Samsung says that an OTA update for the T-Mobile Vibrant has begun to roll out with a supposed GPS fix on board. Anyone seeing it?

Unfortunately, it appears as though the Samsung Fascinate will launch on Verizon tomorrow with the well known Galaxy S GPS issues. Shame.

Samsung and T-Mobile has promised Vibrant owners that they will be giving them information on an OTA update and thus a possible GPS fix sometime next week.

Unfortunately, it's not Froyo nor will it fix the GPS issues, but AT&T is rolling out a nice little update to the Samsung Captivate this week.
