Of course I can not include every single app I bookmarked because the list will be too long, however, the suggestions I have below are the ones that stood out to me from the rest. Be sure to see the video which accompanies the word app download to see how it all integrates.

The Adventures of Library Girl: I am not an artist. But when I created this blog, I knew I wanted an avatar that would come to be synonymous with "Library Girl." I figured, if I was going to don a virtual super hero persona, I would, at minimum, need a cartoon character version of my self who, if not able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, would at least sport a cape.

This has some great information. Can someone show me an educational sight or app that I can use to develop my own skills in google searching? Maybe a game with scenarios such as Daniel Russell poses in this post.

With all these direct applications for learning, it's easy to justify using mobile devices in school. But what real and lasting effect will they have on the "formal" learning equation?
