    I would love to view this! Does it mean I have to 'join' one more thing? How is it going since Seattle? How was your first calibration experience! LOL I had a difficult time separating my daily role as 'supervisor' and teacher from that of assessor. I had most difficulty with the situation - ripping up flags. The whole thing took me WAY longer than the 3-4 hours they stated. I spent a couple long days! I kept going back and forth referring to things. I would love to stay in touch with you and others that are doing this. I have accessed the Ning site several times, but it doesn't look like people really use it. I hope all is going well.
