The two time periods they can play in are the American Revolution and the Civil War. In each game, students make choices based on scenarios and conversations they listen to and watch. Then the game progresses based on their choices. There are multiple paths the game can take, which makes it different when different kids play - generating great conversations. it is a long game - this will take at least two or three full class periods to play. Best for elementary/early middle school.
This is an incredibly detailed website with lengthy and detailed multi-level interactive games for students to learn about Congress, the Supreme Court, the legislative process, running for President, and more.
