It took awhile to learn the various features and how to get the characters to move/actions. But once you get it it is fun!

This site allows the user to easily create a cartoon with backgrounds, text captions, thought bubbles, characters and objects. The cartoon can be printed at the end. Only downside is that it is in black and white, there does not appear to be a color option.
