    Minda industries, part of Uno Minda group, and Harita Seating Systems, part of TVS group, have decided to merge the seating business into the Minda which should enable Minda to gain entry into Commercial Vehicle segment and also sell the products from seating business into its current clients comprising 2-wheeler and passenger car market.
