It seems HP decision to acquire the Digital group probably did not get as envisaged. The acquisition by Mphasis of Digital Risk LLC was at a time when HP was promotor. So it was strategic and there on acquisition of Mphasis by Blackstone as Financial Investors. It seems HP could not create value and soon after existed.

What no one tells you: there is no such thing as failure, merely more information. The road to success is peppered with lots of information gathering.

Watching the news how our economy drastically declined due to COVID-19 pandemic is somehow depressing. It resulted in millions of people who losses their jobs and industries that filed bankruptcy. This absolutely left most of us in a state of fear and agony. For instance, people are also struggling to make ends meet while staying at home. Thinking of how can they provide for their family knowing that income is very limited and savings are surely depleted. However, we do have a choice -- to dwell on this, or see it as an opportunity to bounce back higher.
