How would you describe the environment beneath the plane?

dense bush and small lakes that are impossible to land

A very dense jungle with small lakes around it making it very hard to land

Under the plane look like a lake of dark and light green trees passing by quickly and lakes that looked like tiny blue dots from high up.

The environment below the plane was a forest with scattered lakes and because hes in Canada the trees are probably maple trees 

What was the first sign the pilot was suffering from a heart attack?

he released body gases 

The first sign of the pilot suffering a heart attack was when he reached for his left shoulder and rubbed it

he farted lots of time and keep holding his stomach and chest area.  

He was grabbing his shoulder and chest in pain and he was letting of gases. 

he was holding his shoulder not talking in agony and letting bad smells come out of his behind. BY JONTE THE AWSOME
