This is one of a series of tutorials done by macheads101. He's a kid who's put a lot of time and effort into creating tutorials that are easy to understand and follow. Give him a try as well.

If you're like me and don't really understand a lot of the 'geek speak' of programming this site is wonderful. Yeah, it's been designed for upper primary students but I love the projects that help you get that first taste for what you can do. Try one!

If found this website it has a list of programs and how to use them when making games. It has programs for making game audio,graphics etc.

Understand what all the bits of commands are. Comments (to make code easier to read), Import Statements (short cuts), and Functions/function statements. Bucky is wonderful!

Bucky has a huge following! He's easy to understand and the walkthroughs are a good pace for beginners. If you like his style you could subscribe to his series. Tutorial One gets you through set up with XCode. It's also a great refresher for those of us who need help getting oriented in the program.
