My favourite is: A top UX designer should possess the ability to compromise on solutions. Whether working with clients or colleagues, it's always refreshing working with others that listen, process and can agree to compromise to benefit the project and users.
And the second favourite one is: The best UX professional thinks things through more than anyone else in the room. Thinks it through on every level psychology, strategy, feasibility, desirability, usability, task completion, future considerations, scalability and more.
Nice idea… it also gets the participating employees more engaged with their employer! Which is always an important first step when you start your career…
Thanks for the post, Harry! :)
