This is a summary of the literature on the topic - more like a "meta-analysis". I would not use this one. You may be able to find a more appropriate article on this same topic within the reference list - look for words like "effectiveness" or "efficacy" in the title.

Roland Jeroen Vermeulen, Editor To investigate changes of muscle recruitment and coordination following constraint-induced movement therapy, constraint-induced movement therapy plus electrical stimulation, and traditional occupational therapy in treating hand dysfunction. In a randomized, single-blind, controlled trial, children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly assigned to receive constraint-induced movement therapy (n = 22), constraint-induced movement therapy plus electrical stimulation (n = 23), or traditional occupational therapy (n = 23).

This article compares the effectiveness of hydrotherapy vs. land based therapy in client's with moderate Parkinson's disease. It discusses which was more effective and in what way it increased quality of life.

This article is descriptive. It does not evaluate the effectiveness of AAT for FASD, merely discusses the possible use of AAT. Continue searching, please.

A peer reviewed article discussing the effects of soft splinting on upper limb function with cerebral palsy

Good choice

The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) compared with usual occupational therapy on upper-extremity movement, cognitive flexibility, and stroke impact in people less than 3 mo after stroke.

Establishes if, and how, changes in communication impact on the lives of people with Parkinson's Disease.

Does not meet the criteria for the assignment. They are simply interviewing patients with Parkinson's - not evaluating the effectiveness of any particular type of intervention

This article pertains to the BIG and LOUD program for Parkinson's Disease.

This article is from a peer-reviewed journal. However, it "discusses" the programs and summarizes the evidence (from other studies) - it would be better to identify another source in the references of this article that represented a single study.
