Sunteck Realty Ltd has acquired a plot of land at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), a business district in Mumbai, where it plans to develop a premium commercial office project through a joint development model.

Mumbai-based real estate development company Sunteck Realty Ltd, through a joint development model, has acquired a land parcel to develop a premium commercial project at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

Realty developer Sunteck Realty has entered into an agreement to jointly develop a commercial project at the junction of Bandra Kurla Complex ( BKC), the company said in a release.

Sunteck Realty on Thursday said it has acquired a land parcel in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) here for developing a premium commercial project, which is expected to generate revenue to the tune of Rs 500 crore.
