Canvastic is a site where students can publish their work. It is a graphics and text publishing site. It can be used for Kindergarten through 8th grade.

I use this website fairly often. It has great resources to support your teaching including educational interactive games, videos, articles, maps, etc. on almost everything! This site is a literacy rich site to boost all subject matter.

This site is so extensive that I haven't had time to explore it thoroughly! There is everything here! Great resources for web quests and poetry resources. There are also teacher guides and ideas.

The official web site of the Gaston-Lincoln Regional Library, Gaston County, North Carolina. Through the tab "online databases" you can get free access to tumble books and start squad which are both nice literacy rich sites for younger kids. Also has research guides on a variety of subjects online.

This website has it all and is a super resource. You can find everything from Assistive technology videos to blogs to project based learning, strategies, and more. Tons of literacy rich ideas, tips, strategies!
