Andaba buscando algo así para el módulo de ingles administrativo que imparto. El grupo son adultos en su mayoría por lo que creo que el enfoque y contenido son muy adecuados. Por otra parte, los recursos del British Council son siempre muy completos, bien organizados y claros.

I am going to use contents related to British culture, which isn´t widely included in the textbooks. For example, students will read the text about Guy Fawkes and they will do comprehension activities such as true-false sentences and some questions. They will also do some vocabulary activities: -find or give synonyms or opposites. -give a word with the root . Next, they will have to give their opinion about this British festival. Finally, they will write an informal letter talking about a Spanish festival to a foreign friend. Thanks to all these activities they learn about Guy Fawkes Night. Es interesante por que los alumnos pueden repasar lo enseñado a nivel gramatical y de vocabulario en el aula. Esta herramienta sirve para trabajar la expresión escrita, aunque dependiendo de la actividad que planifiquemos puede trabajarse también la comprensión escrita e incluso las destrezas orales. Es una pagina web muy clara y visual.

Es un buen recurso ya que ni deja a los alumnos en un vacío ("no se me ocurre nada") ni tampoco les deja todo en bandeja. Deben ser creativos, pero a la vez tienen objetos tangibles - realia - para ayudarse.
