Preliminarmente podemos concluir que la radicalización y la pugnacidad política son algunos de los elementos asociados al proceso de participación ciudadana, generando en el actual escenario sociopolítico el re-establecimiento de una conciencia participativa que ha hecho que el ciudadano común haga uso de los medios constitucionales y no constitucionales para hacer valer su opinión y derechos en este divergente panorama de conflictividad.
