    she is using doc for notes from PETE&C with some people she knows
    can see who is viewing you document + can chat

    you can also copy or download documents
    option in Tools to translate document - not perfect
    sharing settings - who has access to view/edit

    mentioned feauture of just uploading docs to make them accessible from anywhere you have internet access
