  can see who is viewing you document + can chat

  you can also copy or download documents
  option in Tools to translate document - not perfect
  sharing settings - who has access to view/edit
  showed how to invite others
  mentioned feauture of just uploading docs to make them accessible from anywhere you have internet access
  mentioned survey feature - it is easy to use
  can send out survey by sending URL
  view survey results in spreadsheet
  if you want to know who is responding, then first question should be their name
