The following account is from the summer of 2003 in Rough River State Park, Kentucky. There were 2 known sources of this story, Paranormal About.com and a paragraph printed in a Louisville, KY newspaper a few days after the incident. I came across a thread post from a person who states they were privy to this event. There have been a few details added from the original report

This anecdote offers many similarities to other personal experiences but also adds some interesting commentary as to how humans perceive these extraterrestrials species and if we could actually adapt to change (or, possibly, the truth).

The child's eyes opened wide, looked directly at her and blinked SIDEWAYS! Membranes came across both eyes from the corners and blinked like, in her words, "...a lizard"

Silicon is a likely candidate because it is very common in the universe and lies directly under carbon in the periodic table of elements, meaning that it shares much of it's basic chemistry.

The Royal Society Convenes to Discuss if Extraterrestrials Inhabit Earth

Those people who are interested and involved in the study of UFOs and extraterrestrials need to look at the logical evidence that is provided and not compare it to the computer generated flash and stories used for entertainment. As well, an absolute need for disclosure serves only as security for our conscience. Real disclosure will not be on human terms. Disclosure will be on their terms, the extraterrestrials, whether we can accept that or not.
