From time to time, we receive feedback from customers who have purchased SuperBox units from platforms like Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc. Unfortunately, some buyers report that after making a purchase, the seller disappears, the store link is gone, and they are left with a defective or even counterfeit SuperBox without anyone to contact for support. While we deeply regret these situations, there is little we can do to help when the buyer lacks clear information about the seller.
