Many people use Google Docs. However, the research tool is one that often goes overlooked. Once in a google doc, a user can go to tools -> research. This tool allows users to look at their writing and find the article that they already used OR find a new article to input. All without leaving the document. The research tab can also cite for the user for the bibliography. This can help both students and teachers keep their writing and research organized and free of plagiarism.

Many teachers use turnitin.com to check for plagiarism. However, students must have an account and can often struggle with being able to submit a paper more than one time. Grammarly is not only free, but students can check a paper multiple times as they edit without fear of too many submissions. Grammarly also has a great grammar and research check on it for students to use as they make final edits to their papers
