This is a research review of product based learning. It is a 5 article series used to inform the public about the benefits of project based learning. It defines project based learning, shares some of the possible outcomes, recommends components for successful PBL lessons, and informs us about the best practices to use regarding problem based learning.

This is a great app that will help students collaborate. The teacher can pose a problem or situation, and the students can use this on an iPad or laptop to share their research. There are many tools on this websited such as uploading videos or images, creating graphs, charts, and venn diagrams, and providing security and privacy for your class.

This is an excellent website for students who are struggling with math. It reaches out to students from kindergarten to precalculus and gives several different examples of the different problems.

PBL Explained

This site provides a great summary of PBL, as well as informing the teacher why they should use PBL in the classroom. It is very thorough, and it provides external resources.

I thought this was a great website because it was focused on multimedia technology and how it was beneficial and used in the classroom. We are discussing multimedia production in our lesson!

This website contains links to useful sites that provide information on different types of learning styles. It also gives sources for more tools for differentiation.

LOVE this site. A ton of resources for teachers.. There is also a ton of information about differentiation and what it means.

The two essential components of project-based learning are an engaging and motivating question and video shows how the product is what meaningfully addresses that question.

This search engine is good and blocks inappropriate information for kids. My only problem with this site is the refresh for the site is a little confusing but it is nice as a teacher watching students it gives an alert when students are trying to search things outside of the appropriate field.

Project-Based Learning

I feel that this is a great resource for Project Based Learning because Edutopia does a wonderful job of explaining what PBL is, how it came about, and how successful PBL can be in the classroom.

Edutopia is a great site in general and provides an abundance of valid sources the teacher can use to educate themselves on PBL.

The responsibilities of teachers' in response to student mental health problems

This is a fantastic resource because it goes into depth about what PBL looks like through different levels of education. From elementary all the way up to universities, and it has statements from people who have done PBL at those levels and explained why they were successful.

This website shows how PBL benefits students and has links to research to strengthen their statements.
