Gooru is an online source that gives standards for different learning styles and allows teachers all over the world to connect with one another. Teachers can share ideas and lessons.

Live text allows you to create an ePortfolio. Education majors at Oklahoma State all eventually put their work into a Live Text binder. 

This PLN allows you to find great ideas and also share ideas with teachers everywhere and you don't have to follow the person. However the more people you follow the more ideas will show up. You also have the option to pin something which saves it so you will always have it.

Educators from around the country share their favorite educational apps.Most of the apps are free. The ones that are not free have the price listed. This website is great because it places the apps into specific groups (bibliography, note taking, storytelling, etc.) This allows you an efficient way to find something specific.

Edmodo is a website similar to facebook that corresponds to a site that is similar to D2L. If a school does not have their own D2L, Edmodo is a good site to use for one.

Edmodo is an easy way to get your students connected so they can safely collaborate, get and stay organized, and access assignments, grades, and school messages.

My daughter's school uses Edmodo and it works great for students. Teachers assign homework, and students ask follow-up questions while completing the assignment or anything concerning the class lesson.

Fun game students can play to learn to become digital citizens. They get to make their own character and go through different scenarios choosing the best answer for each scenario.

Resource #2: I really enjoyed this resource. This is a game that lets the student experience what it is like to experience cyberbullying. It allows the students to think of appropriate solutions to how to prevent cyberbullying and what to do if you are being bullied.

Edmodo is a site that allows teachers to make pages that their students/parents can join to get important information. As the teacher you can post important information that you want your students/parents to know. You can create polls that the members of the page can answer. Teachers can make quiz's and assignments to be completed and graded on Edmodo. This Collaboration tool is great for teachers, students, and parents to have a place where you can see all of the information that you need for the class

This is an online tool for students with choices of way to learn. Students are allow to choose ways of learning and also to demonstrating what they did for their assignments. This online tool is meant to engage and accommodate for all students in general.
