Okmooc was my first mooc experience, and quality is one of the main reason that can lead me to do it all again. So, open does not mean poor quality.

However this often requires overcoming their personal fears about OERs. Many authors are unfamiliar with the concept of an open license and open educational resources. YouTube's page on what is considered fair use on their website. They talk about the four factors that are used to determine whether or not content constitutes fair use. I really like how they also have a section about "myths" of fair use - very useful for those posting videos.

"Copy-me is an animated web series about the sharing of knowledge and open culture. About laws, myths and misconceptions, about the Internet and all the benefits of sharing." The idea was artistically and satirically presented using animation series for better understanding and appreciation of the audience.

"We live in an age of information overload. While many of us find ourselves inundated with vast amounts of data daily, our fast-paced society also requires us to make more rapid decisions." A very short blog post that reminds us to slow down and focus. It doesn't add much new to the conversation but the reminders are helpful, especially the one about multitasking. It truly is a myth.
