Good resource for webcollections--this one has apps for iPad

This is a tile-based bookmarking site. Tiles are clustered and one clicks a tile which may hold many bookmarked sites by category. Apparently many schools in California use this site.

Social Bookmarking websites--my favorite is diigo.

Sensible approach for using social bookmarking with students--gives lots of good reasons to use Diigo.

I am a big fan of diigo (social bookmarking), which is not typically used in schools and I think it should be used much more. Here's a sensible approach to using with students.

Instapaper--great way to organize yourself or reading online. Bookmark URL and keep all togehter. Works with iPhone, iPad, e-readers. Free, of course.

Great example of teaching writing in middle school while using Diigo. Well-written, sensible approach to researching online.
