ntroduction If you are a teenager, you probably want to get rid of the pimples that have developed on your face. Well you are not alone, over 48 million teenagers have this problem and it is linked to puberty. Puberty causes you to develop a hormone imbalance that is believed to cause excess sebum (oil) to be secreted by your skin. When this oil is secreted, it clumps the dead skin on your face resulting in the clogging of your pores. This clogging, will trap bacteria in your pores, and in the resulting environment, the bacteria will start to grow. Your body reacts to the growth of the bacteria by sending white blood cells to attack them, which results in acne. So what can you do to reduce acne outbreaks and get rid of pimples? Here are some proven techniques to help you stop your acne and to get rid of your pimples fast.
