By offering video and image results, Mashpedia provides materials that can be accessed by almost all students regardless of reading level.   This comment does not align with the fact that "helpdesk" models have changed drastically by all software. Perhaps a place for a future business opportunity...? I would say, when it comes to seeking answers for google apps questions, I have always found the answer within a few clicks and searches. There is a good tech support sytem, it just doesn't look and feel the same as the old model.

  I think this is a very important point! When I tried the Microsoft version, the sharing was buggy and slow. I wonder about the Microsoft emphasis being on the hight end tools.. my question is why do we need that in education. Most classrooms are not using these extra features.
