'Salat' means five daily prayers prayed regularly in Muslims religion. Its vital meaning is 'supplication'. The prayer indicates various relations with God. Salat is the second pillar of Islam among the five pillars in which Islam based on. It comes after the Kalama, the very first pillar of Islam. The Muslims do their prayer five times in a day. Salat has much religious importance and it saves one from indulgence and horrible work. Student life is the best time when one should learn to control over his evil wants. So, for Muslim students it is must learn the teaching of Salat, for his religious and social welfare. Salat can purify man's life. The Salat's benefit is not only for the individual man but it has also much significance upon society. When the Muslims go for Salat, there gathered many people at a time. That time they are able to communicate with each other. That builds a good relation between them. According to Prophet Mohammad (Sm.) "Salat always detaches a man from indulgence and horrible work, and it is obvious". Among the Muslims a greater part are students. At present, For a Muslim student during their school hours also one or two times have to need prayer for the change of the season and school schedules may be midday and afternoon. For Salat a suitable place should be chosen. Because if they can fulfill their obligations. In the public school, the teacher should also provide to the Muslims students those are hard working to fulfill their prayers in a short time throughout lunchtime or afternoon for this purpose in the break. Salat is not only a religious bondage; it is also a physical exercise.

The Government of Punjab has approved another Rs 3.26 billion budget for the Metro Bus Transit System (MBTS) this Thursday. MBTS is being regarded as the top most developmental projects by the provincial government so far. This budgeted amount is approved to carry out the MBTS operations including Lahore -Ferozepur Road Corridor; Erection of Escalators and Platform Screen Doors at MBS Stations. In comparison to Metro Bus project, Punjab Planning and Development Board in its 27th meeting which was presided over by Chairman Javed Aslam approved Rs. 4.7 billion only for eight other developmental projects for different economic sectors. The meeting was attended by Planning and Development Punjab Secretary, members of the Planning & Development Board and other senior representatives of the relevant departments.

The young girl, by the name of Malala, who the Taliban wanted to have dead has not only survived, but is now capable of walking. She is one of the survivors and there are not many like her who have been able to live through such vicious attacks. According to the authorities, 15-year-old Malala's ordeal is not over yet because she will have to be readmitted to the hospital in late January for cranial reconstructive surgery. Malala left the hospital just a couple of days after the vicious gunmen attacked a van in the Pakistani Swabi District around an hour away from Islamabad. The gunmen attacked around six women and a man that worked in the children's community center. Around five teachers were killed along with two other health care workers in the area.

Today, there is a deep silence all over the world on this massacre, the only criticism we have seen yet is from the Muslims, verily as per one of the sayings of the prophet (PBUH) Muslims are like different parts of one body as one part is under pain the entire body experiences the pain. Mostly people are blaming the government of Burma for this genocide. Apart from UNO or mainstream media, we do not see any protest from so called humanitarian NGOs as well. NY time, Washington post, daily herald, BBC, CNN, times, guardian all is showing complete silence because they do not consider Muslims to be human beings.

Today the tension between Iran and other countries is one of the hottest issues in international politics. Not only western countries but a few Muslim countries like KSA also consider Iran to be a threat. Iran is alleged of supporting Shia forces such as Hezbollah, Assad regime and others in different countries. Istiqlal Mosque , located in Jakarta, Indonesia, the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. Mosque with a capacity of 200,000 pilgrims are not only famous as a place of worship but also as a tourist attraction for both local and foreign tourists who come to Jakarta. Built as an expression of gratitude for the independence of Indonesia, from where the name given Istiqlal. "Istiqlal" in the Arabic language itself means independence.
